Since joining Central England Co-op back in 2011 Lee has progressed from Shift Manager to his role now, Distribution Warehousing Manager where he is responsible for circa 300 colleagues and a 24/7 Retail Operation across 3 sites.

Prior to Lee’s current position he had worked within Distribution across different areas ranging from Direct Mail to Printing which allowed Lee to experience a varied spectrum of operating systems and vastly different Operational challenges.

Whilst working for Central England Co-operative Lee has been involved in numerous initiatives where cost and efficiency savings have been forefront of the project. Other than the Fareshare Project Lee has been heavily involved in WMS system start-ups, MHE contractual negotiations and implementation and streamlining of Warehouse Operations resulting in significant annual savings.

Throughout Lee’s career he has also been able to attain his CPC in Transport Operations, NEBOSH Health & Safety Certification and a Level 5 ILM accreditation in Leadership and Management.
